Software Installation License Agreement

If you install, copy or otherwise use this software product, you are deemed to have agreed to the following terms and conditions, and signed the "software license agreement" (hereinafter referred to as the "agreement") with the Zhuhai XPrinter Electronics Technology Co,. Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the "XPrinter "). If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, please do not install the software.
If you obtain any copies of the software from XPrinter by legal channels, then you will have the following rights:
1: The right to use
You have the right to install this software on the computer, and use this software within the scope of business, reappear all functions that this software has.
2: Backup
For the purpose of archiving, you have the right to save a copy of the software as a backup.
3: Technical Support
You have the right to obtain comprehensive technical support from XPrinter. If you have any questions or problems in the process of installation and use of this software, you are entitled to request and ask XPrinter to solve them.
4: General Limit
Your right to use of this software is just limited to reappear the function of software, you have no right to modify this software, to reverse engineering, decompile or disassemble by yourself, and to make secondary development the basis of this software to derive the new software. If the software is needed to modify for applicability or other reasons, you can come up with your request to XPrinter in writing, and the XPrinter will modify accordingly.
5: Use
The scope of use of this software is limited to your unit itself. Without the permission written by XPrinter, you have no right to provide this software, its copies or any parts of it to any third parties by transfer, license, rent, lease, lend, gift or other any ways no matter whether this offer is for business purposes or not.
6: Statement
For this software, XPrinter ensures that it does not contain any function set that will be malicious to damage your computer's resources (including documentations, procedures, and other data). Once you encounter the loss of profit, disappeared availability, business interruption, or indirect, special, incidental or inevitable destruction in any forms, or any other parts¡¯ claims in the process of use of this software, XPrinter and its agents and sales shall not be responsible for it, even if XPrinter has been told in advance that such things will happen.
7: Intellectual Property and Confidentiality
This software's copyright and the trademark, patent right, proprietary technology and other rights related to XPrinter, of which these ownership are belonged to XPrinter. If the aforesaid situations appeared, you should remain the right logo and can¡¯t delete or modified without authorization.You have the right to use within the scope of authorization, but has no right to transfer or license another persons to use. For the content of the technical secrets related to XPrinter, you also have the obligation to confidentiality.
8: Others
XPrinter remains all right to use and explanation of this software.
For the unsolved matters in software license agreement, both parties can use other agreement or separately negotiate these matters.
